Product Information

Gabriel Gate is a French-trained chef, author, television presenter and cookery teacher. Born in the Loire Valley, where his father grew all the family's fruit and vegetables and made wine from the small family vineyard, Gabriel learned the joys of cooking from his maternal grandmother. As a young chef he worked with some of the finest French chefs, including Alain Senderens at L'Archestrate and under chefs at the renowned fish restaurant in Paris, Prunier. He is now the author of 22 cookbooks.
