TOM PERCIVAL is the illustrator behind the striking Skulduggery Pleasant series by Derek Landy. As well as illustrating fiction covers, Tom also writes and illustrates his own picture books. These include Tobias and the Super Spooky Ghost Book and A Home for Mr Tipps (HarperCollins). Herman's Letter is Tom's first picture book (of many!) for Bloomsbury.
